Scope¶

Target group¶

Scientists, scientific assistants, technical employees

Aim¶

Enable users of the UFZ Data Management Portal to publish their data in line with the FAIR data principles.

Prerequisites¶

Access to the UFZ Data Management Portal (DMP)
Existing data project in UFZ Data Management Portal

Trigger event¶

The user has finished the data collection and analysis and now wants to publish her/his data with the UFZ Data Management Portal, obtain a PID and reference the data publication in a text publication.

Categories¶

Applicable data types: png, xls, csv, netcdf, ... (all types)

Involved systems: UFZ Data Management Portal

Addressed step in the data life cycle: preparation, provision, publication
