Grafana¶
With Grafana we have a open source software tool at the UFZ to create a variety of dashboards for time series data. It has many different types of charts and it can also be used to provide public access to selected data. These could be displayed standalone or also integrated (in parts) on a project website.
At UFZ, we provide Grafana as a service that can be used to display data of the logger component of the Data Management Portal and it can also be used in combination with Postgres databases.
An example application is the visualisation of soil moisture time series data of the Swabian MOSES Campaign (german only).
